Hi, there! Ok. Some of these are probably going to sound rediculous. But, from experience, they do work. Also, I know you said you did those steps. But, I think you should go into the notifications center. To to all your apps you have allowed notifications for, and check that:
• that allow as banner is seleced. • sounds are enabled • that allow in notificationss center is selected, as well as just going back through those apps settings. Just to make sure there's nothing that got clicked accidentally. I've done it before, believe me. :-) So, you should also turn on and off those settings you tried before. Sometimes, that's a reset of sorts. Here's one thing that will sound sound rediculous. But, it does work sometimes believe it or not. Turn off the device, and turn it back on. Also, go into those apps settings. Not in the settings app, but the settings from inside the app. So, open WhatsApp, and go to where the setting screen is. And then go in there. There may be some setting in there that may be running interference.
