A couple of things I do to live with my 128G of storage and within the data limits of my plan are to leverage streaming services and cloud storage and take advantage of a wi-fi network when available. I'll download books, podcasts and music if I'm traveling and think I'll be away from wi-fi for any length of time. I'm not paying exorbitant fees for downloading data and I'm not running out of storage on my iPhone 11. This may not work for everyone though.

Yet, the extra price is less than what someone would pay in extra data charges for a streaming service if that service were of no charge to the consumer.
