Hi, What you currently have under the beta program is the release candidate So pretty much what apple will release today to the world, if it’s released today.
T here is in my view no point removing the beta profile to go back to IOS 15 production. But if you ned to then under settings general vpn I think it is now is the beta profile which you can uninstall from your phone and then as Richard said it should update to the production IOS version when it is released.. Or you can go through the steps apple should have on line to restore the phone back o the factory defaults. Either way. It’s a lot of time doing something you don’t really need to do.
