Um, I can’t say I’m seeing this on either my SE 2020 or my 11 pro max,
I can bring up the app switcher and see all the apps currently sitting there flicking left or right it doesn’t matter. Have you guys shut down and restarted your devices? Some work fine. On my second generation SE, most app names aren't read if I flick left. They are read as I flick right, and when I close one, I am told which app I'm now focused on. So it's annoying but possible to work around. Notifications usually work fine. With a braille display, I'm able to type in a web address fine on my phone, so I would guess that a Bluetooth keyboard would work too. I've had trouble on my iPad though.
