Actually, I would very much be in favor of someday everything being type C so 
that you don't have to have two different types of connectors. My main problem 
with them no longer including the charger and headphones is that they don't 
lower the price of the phone when they're giving you less and at the same time 
they raised the cost of the phone if you're buying it unlocked. That's why I 
think it was a brilliant move on the part of the marketing people but not one 
that I particularly like.
