Do you mean turn off then back on? Or not? And if not, what do I do to reboot, please?

I still experience the opposite at times, I have it set to lock after 1 minute and found that in previous versions of iOS, e.g. 14, 13, it would sometimes not lock and I am pretty sure it is still doing that in iOS 15 as well.
