IN brief, if you just want to record the screen to demonstrate to someone what VoiceOver is doing, make sure the screen curtain is off. Then, if you double tap Screen Recording you will hear a countdown, 3, 2, 1, then it starts recording. When you double tap on screen recording again, it will stop screen recording. If there isn’t a more detailed walk-through on Applevis.com on how to use screen recording I will consider doing one. That should get you started.
