I think I have it under control now. I finally found my original setting and just turned it off, can keep doing like I have been doing for it.

Carolyn, You can set a Do Not Disturb for just the time you are at Church to go on automatically every week. Much like pre-Focus. Ignore the Focus section and just go through the first item Do Not disturb. I just set one up to run from 10 AM to 11:30 AM every Sunday. That way, I don't have to worry about muting my phone or anything during our normal church service. And, if you set location based functions, it is a battery drain not to mention a Cellular data drain. If you are on unlimited data, I guess that isn't a concern. But, it will consume more battery than the simple Do Not Disturb.
