Hi, I tried both your suggestions and still no joy here on my iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 15.0.2. I can’t imagine what variable causes it not to work here when it works for others. It is a mystery. Thanks for replying though I appreciate that.

Hi Robin, It does do the quarter hours. The only way I accidentally got it to work is that on the setting screen I turned the announce of the quarter hours on and off a couple of times. When you hear it chime, you know it is on. That is if it is on, it will chime right away. By the way, I also turned on the clock display. When it’s working, it works great. Problem is it stops at the indicated time, but it doesn’t start back up.
