A lot of this is identifying plants and what they are. Yes, I have used AIRA and gotten pretty good results with them. I also have absolutely know problem using a search engine on the plants I do know the names of. I mainly asked this question just in case someone might have known of an app that I was not aware of.

The next best thing, as I think about it, would be aira, who within a five minute free call each day should be able to look up a plant from a picture they could take with your phone’s camera and send you the info. Next, would be FaceTime or Skype with someone you know who could look things up for you and might know the plants. I have tried to find a reliable and accessible way to identify plants just from a photo, but it is tedious and somewhat hit and miss.
