VoiceOver is the only place I knew to turn it off. I double checked, and right now, it has stayed off. I had to try several times. Thanks.

Anyway, she is to the point that she can’t update, still uses maps and stuff. I wonder if her maps are up to date. She uses an atlas a lot too, could be it’s more reliable than the phone.
