Hi, There is an adapter made by Apple, and maybe others, that will allow you to use any USB stick plugged into one end of the adapter. The adapter also has a lightning port because you will have to plug in the charger to give the iPhone enough power to access the USB stick. There is a short cable with the lightning plug on the end to plug into the iPhone.
It is $39 at Apple. I have this adapter and it works fine.
