It's a good idea to clear your app switcher and power off the phone from time to time, even if all is good maybe doing so once a month certainly isn't going to hurt. I assume you power of a second Gen iPhone SE the same way as all the other newer phones, a simple Google search for "How to shut down iPhone SE 2020" should give you the info.
