My iPhone 8 still has the home button and I have no problems upgrading to a new phone after a couple of years. Part of the reason why I'm still not getting a new iPhone, is I'm waiting for more storage space and even better battery life. I had the chance when I got my iPhone 8 to get an iPhone 11 and I regret not getting that phone when I had the chance. Glad to get all these tips about powering down the newer iPhone's. Not having a home button doesn't really bother me any more. I know my next iPhone is going to be awesome.
