Carla, Open an email, unplug your earbuds from your phone, using 2 fingers swipe down from the top of the screen to get voiceover to continuously reading, continue to press the volume up button until you hear voiceover speaking. To prevent this from occurring in the future: Go to settings, Sounds & swipe down & turn Change With Buttons Off.
