When I lived in a city, my T-Mobile experience was excellent. I now live in a more rural area, and I experience lots of dropped calls, some that just go to voicemail, and plenty of areas with no service. This is not a place without good coverage, but for supposedly having the largest network, I'd have to say not where I am. so check carefully if you're not in an urban area. I would do much better with any other carrier, but this is inexpensive and my husband doesn't want us to switch.
