I used to use t-mobile and then I switched to at&t. When it comes to customer service, t-mobile is the best. The reason I switched was that t-mobile's coverage was a bit lacking, at the time I was doing more traveling than I do now and there were places where t-mobile's coverage just wasn't there. You can have the best customer service in the world but if you're phone doesn't work when you need it to, than customer service is meaningless. This may have improved since then since t-mobile and Sprint merged. If you don't travel a lot and t-mobile has good coverage in your area than you should be fine.
