Yes. First, under accessibility settings, make sure audio description is on. Then, if it doesn't start when you start the show, use the two finger double tap to pause it. Then a single finger double tap to bring up the screen with options about playing, fast forward etc., but look for the audio and subtitles button and double tap. you will find English with audio description there. Once turned on, back up a screen and start it playing. In my experience, I never have to mess with those settings again. It is always on when it is available in a movie or show. Tons and tons of their stuff has audio description. enjoy,
