Which version of iOS do you use?? With iOS 15 I don't see a page 2 either on the lock screen or when you unlock your phone and then bring up notification centre. I can't remember if in iOS 14 the Camera screen which is available from the lock screen as well as from notification centre is considered page 2, in iOS 15 there is a "Camera" button, but you can also do a 3-finger swipe from right to left which normally is the gesture to switch from one home page to the next and it will take you to the camera screen.
