something to do with the camera but I don't really understand what that
has to do with notifications. it is nothing to worry about really I

Maybe you already got an answer, but I accessed my notifications from the home screen and
then scrolled to the bottom. I did not delete them. I found the "page 1 or 2"
that you saw. I did a one-finger flick up, and low and behold I found myself on the
camera.

ok so it is when you go to the top of your screen and swipe down to hear the
notifications. at the end you will hear no notifications and then if you swipe

With iOS 15 I don't see a page 2 either on the lock screen or when you unlock
your phone and then bring up notification centre.
I can't remember if in iOS 14 the Camera screen which is available from the lock screen
as well as from notification centre is considered page 2, in iOS 15 there is a
"Camera" button, but you can also do a 3-finger swipe from right to left which
normally is the gesture to switch from one home page to the next and it will take you to
the camera screen.
