Simon, I have not called Apple accessibility, yet. I don't have a second phone to use so that they can walk me through the process if what I want to do is possible. I guess I'm going to have to call, take notes, hang up try the given advice & if the advice works, then great. If not, I'll just have to call Apple accessibility a 2nd time.
