Hello Simon,

It is not the pause between tracks that I am referring to, if you listen to the
beginning of track two you should hear a slight pause after the second track
has begun to play. It appears that I am not alone in experiencing this problem.

I have tried disabling newer features like lossless playback and even
downloaded albums to my iPhone to eliminate network issues but to no avail.

I cannot find a pattern for this behaviour some albums with the same
characteristics exhibit this behaviour while others do not.

I have tried many playback devices from Bluetooth, wired connections, AirPods
and even the iPhones internal speakers but none of Them affect the issue I
describe.

I fully appreciate you and others may not be familiar with the album from which
I took my sample but I think the hiccup is perfectly audible not withstanding
that.
