Ask your provider.

Or, ask Apple.

I know you can have an eSIM from local and get physical SIM cards when
traveling.
I have no idea if the reverse is true.

Subject: Dual SIM iPhone SE?

Hi, Group.
Can I have a Nano SIM in iPhone SE from my Canadian provider, Freedom Mobile
and an E-SIM from a foreign provider, STC?
Thanks!
