I went to the link and tried to purchase the charger just now. (It's shortly after 1pm Eastern time. I was able to add it to my cart, but could find no place on the page to check out and purchase the product. I called the 800 number twice just to be sure. The first time, I pressed two to place an order, and a friendly voice said goodbye and hung up. The second time, I pressed 3 for customer service, and the same friendly voice said goodbye and hung up. All of this begs the question, how do we actually order the charger when we can't check out, or speak to someone to guide us through the ordering process?
