Thanks Tammy. Well, I'm using safari and when I double-tap on the button that says 1, nothing happens. I've also tried calling the 800 number, and no matter what button you press, the number hangs up. So I guess I'll wait till someone actually gets one of these batteries and that person can tell the rest of us how to get one. At this moment, it all sounds strange. I'll keep following this thread to see where, exactly, it takes us when all is said and done.
