Thanks much, Simon. Actually, the girl in the store started the phone to complete the paperwork process and she asked me whether I want to transfer data? I said, don’t worry about it, I’d take care of it.
When I came home, I could not connect it with iTune because I did not have the correct plug to connect the phone to the computer. Secondly, I could not start Voiceover because in the store, the girl asked me to start accessibility, I thought she was asking about Voiceover. So, Voiceover was not there. A sighted friend started voiceover. Now I do not have those option of setting up the phone. How can I transfer the data now? I have paid iCloud, can it help? Thanks! Hi Fassle, Yeah at the start of the phone set up, It will ask you if you wish to do the quick setup or manual, If you choose the quick then it will give you prompts as to what to do, That’s the way I’ve setup my last 4 phones. It’s a feature that has been in the system since IOS 11 Just follow the promptes the first of which is to hold the camera of one phone over the symbol of the other And listen to what it says.
