There are no tricks, you plug it in and let it charge. If you have a USB-C adapter from Apple or one which supports the Apple Fast Charging standard and USB-C to Lightning cable then by all means that is the fastest way to charge it; I believe for the iPhone 13 series of phones Apple uses a 15 Watt adapter or higher; you don't have to worry if you have one with 65 or 95 Watts capable of charging a Mac laptop you can still use it as the iPhone will only draw as much power as it can use..
