Open VoiceOver, swipe right until you hear activities. Double tap on activities. And check to see if an activity has been created. Try the following. 1. In settings go to Accessibility/VoiceOver/Verbosity/Punctuation/Active Punctuation Group. 2. Make sure it is set to some or change the selection if that is not selected.
