The voice recognition is off, but how can I check if the screen recognition is on please?

You have probably already done this, but have you turned the phone off and back on. Sometimes that cures iPhone ills. But the problem is still there unfortunately. I think it might be a software bug. Because I updated to IOS 15.3.1 last Saturday. Try the following. 1. In settings go to Accessibility/VoiceOver/Verbosity/Punctuation/Active Punctuation Group. 2. Make sure it is set to some or change the selection if that is not selected.
