Truthfully, I don't quite know how to access files on an SD Card with the Orbit 
Reader. I've removed it when using the Orbit Reader with my iPhone. Stand alone 
mode seems confusing, and I don't have any way to get files off my phone and on 
to an SD card, though I know reading the church bulletin would be easier with 
just the Orbit, so I really must investigate this since I have several SD cards 
with text files on them that I have used with the BrailleEdge 40. I look 
forward to chatting with you by phone or e-mail when you feel better. Meantime, 
get well and stay hydrated.
