Hi,
I have a Bosch washer and dryer that is mostly controlled by a touch panel, however, I use it via an app on my iPhone. It works pretty well. The only drawback might be that Bosch only sells apartment size washers and dryers. So if you are looking for a full size, Bosch won’t work for you. I have a GE stove with a flat top for the burners and touch pad for controlling the oven. I have labeled the oven in braille, but the stove has the capability of working through an app on my iPhone. I just haven’t done the last steps to set that up. By the way, in case it comes up for you when looking for appliances, if it says “ADA Compliant” that doesn’t mean it is necessarily accessible to the blind. It mostly means that the controls of the stove are on the front, and reachable from a wheelchair. Good Luck! Take care and stay safe!
