If you are wanting to add a label to your photos you will hear when you go through them, then you can do this by adding a image description. This is a little buried in how it is done, but here are the instructions.
I just did this to one of my photos, so it does work. 1, Double tap on the photo. 2, double tap the edit button. 3, In the list, double tap Mark Up. 4, Now go to the end of the list and double tap add. 5, Double tap description. 6, An edit field will appear so type or dictate your description of the photo. 7, Swipe to done and double tap. 8, There is another done button, so double tap that one. 9, I think there is one more done button to double tap. Now as you swipe through your photos, when you land on that photo, you will hear the description you entered for it. Hope this helps.
