Yes, when there are permanent elements at the bottom of the screen, going to 
the last element and then using left flicks to move back through the page will 
automatically take you to the end of the page when you come off the bottom row, 
just as using right flicks from the top row will automatically take you to the 
first item on the page after the fixed items. A good place to test this on both 
sides is whilst reading email messages.
