Hi Richard, Turn off digital crown navigation with a 2-finger triple-tap, and you will be able to adjust the BPM with VoiceOver running. This isn't an accessibility problem; it's what you have to do anytime you want to use the digital crown to perform an app function rather than navigate the screen.
