Hi everyone, AppsGoneFree told me about an app called Metronome for Watch, Haptic Watch Metronome that is currently free. It works only on the watch and is fully accessible; you adjust the BPM with the digital crown, and VoiceOver reports what you've set it to. The watch taps your wrist and also beeps if Silent Mode is off. There's also a start button, which becomes a Stop button when you select it. The metronome isn't accurate on my watch, but I think that's because it's a Series 3. Reviewers said it works well on watches with the Always On feature.
