Hi Maria, I'm going to disagree here. If the mute setting was software based and engaged by double tapping some button to turn it on, we might contact Apple Accessibility to make its accidental engagement more apparent. However, since mute is turned on by a physical switch whose setting can easily be verified by touch, I don't think Apple Accessibility should be bothered with this.
