The Overdrive app for iOS is going to be phased out for Libby. I’ve mainly use Libby for audiobooks. The audiobook experience is completely accessible. Playback can go as fast as 3X. I tried reading one e-book in the same app. It wasn’t really intuitive and I really couldn’t get around it well enough, but I didn’t really stick with it enough to try figuring it out. As someone else mentioned though, you have the option to open e-books in the Kindle app as well though. Not saying that the Libby app isn’t accessible, but I just didn’t have time or the desire to try to figure it out with that book. All in all though, the Libby app is pretty much voiceover accessible. I have six library systems connected to it. Another app you can consider is CloudLibrary. Some library systems use Libby and others cloud library.
