Hi Anthony, I assume you're talking about ducking. If ducking's turned on, then the volume of your music or whatever you're playing on your phone turns down so you can properly hear what voiceOver's saying. If you want voiceOver to be heard more clearly, turn this feature on. Hope this helps. this
