Ah, Christopher, your post jogged my memory regarding the gesture. I had a very annoying similar situation, I believe, and someone had posted a fix which I couldn’t find.
Try doing the double tap and hold on the place just before the doc, where it says page one of x. that will give you an edit box. If it says “social”, try deleting that and entering a space. Then I believe you would hit done to get out of editing. I hope that helps. A three finger double tap and hold will label an image and not rename a folder. This might be the problem since maybe you renamed the folder icon with the word social. Not sure how to undo this, but maybe someone else has a solution. I looked to see if there was a way to delete labels you created with VoiceOver, but I didn’t see anything obvious.
