Hi Craig, I deleted and reinstalled the app and now it seems to be working much better. In fact, it's a great little app.
I have read (on this list maybe?) that it doesn't perform so well across platforms though I haven't tried this nmyself. Could you possibly look at the accessibility when using Keeper on a windows machine?
