On some Android devices you do have touch ID under the glass. You also have touch ID on the back of the phone or as part of the lock button on the side of the phone.

As far as I am concerned I agree with Kelly and I'd take the increased water resistance and newer design with larger OLED screen of the iPhone 13 Mini any day over the SE 2022, but then again I wouldn't buy either one since I hate having a phone in my pocket even one as small as the 13 Mini. In fact, I didn't even carry my iPhone 4S in my pocket and it was even smaller than that. I always wear a belt so a belt hip holster for me is simply the way to go.
