Hello, This is a known bug. I discovered a workaround on Applevis while I was searching for a solution last night. What you do is open YouTube. Then, turn voiceover off and swipe one finger down on the screen. And then when you turn voiceover back on, scrolling through videos and pages on the home page and everything should work like before. You have to do this every time you open up the app from a fresh start. Kind of annoying, but at least it works. I hope this helps, Jeffrey
