Hi, please! I am at a loss and end of my rope with my friend and her iPhone 13 pro, iPad Mini and iPad air (new). Saturday I had her delete her gmail on her phone and reinstall it. That worked. Now she is saying that emails in gmail are not showing up on the Mini and the iPad Air. Also, Books do not sync her books with her phone. How do I help? I know there is a place you go to sync, but I have forgotten how. She says she has everything highlighted, but I am not certain. How do I sync everything? Thanks for any help. She thinks I'm an Apple expert. I am not. I know quite a lot, but for some reason I don't understand syncing or iCloud.
