Subject: What In The World . . .

Folks, I've just experienced a very strange phenomenon with iTunes. When I attempt to go into the iTunes application on my Windows PC all I seem to access is the Previous, Play/Pause, Next, Volume Slide and Full Volume buttons. There's nothing at all so far as JAWS can tell. This is a very recent development.

Has anybody else ever experience this?

How did I get into this fix?

What can I do to get out of this fix?

Incidentally, I went to the Apple web site to fetch another copy of the iTunes setup program. I first used this setup program to attempt to repair iTunes -- no good. I then used the setup module to first remove and then re-install iTunes -- again, no good.

(3 fingers sticking up above the water level) HELP!!!

I suspect I'll need to contact Apple support, but I'm totally spent right now.

Thanks!
