I'm not sure what's going on with the contacts either, but I don't think I'm seeing this. I'm curious, what app are we talking about? What is your default contact list?
The App Switcher issue was in the report that AppleVis put out when IOS 16 was released. I'm seeing it as well. I'd suggest reporting it to Apple accessibility.
