Thanks for the clarification. given my large jump in phone moddles Ithought
there was something I was missing bu but, glad to hear it is not me
atleast...Maybe not as that would be easier to fix than what ever apple has
to do to fix this to function properly. I shall report it emedietly. I

I have found that it only works if the call originates from a landline.
If the call comes from a cell phone, it doesn't hang up the call.

hi,
I have upgraded from a iPHone6+ to a 14 pro. Huge leap. I have
settings|accessability|touch|prevent ending call with side button
settings|accessability|touch|turned
off. When I try to end a call with the side button for some reason it does
not hang it up. I have tired toggaling it on/off then powering off/on the
phone and it will still not work. Anyone have sujestions anything else to
try? I think this would really be convenient but, for some reason it will
not work. I am not sure why.
