Hi, 45 MM is 1.77 inches. 41 MM is 1.61 inches. If you have any kind of a braille watch, you may want to compare sizes to figure out what would work best for you.
As for which watch, I don't have an opinion. I have the series 6 from 2 years ago and it is excellent. I did not opt for the cellular model because I pretty much always have my phone handy. If I replace this watch, I will probably opt for the cellular model, but that will only be if this watch dies completely.
