www.applevis.com is a user driven web site that has been around I think now at least 10 years and they have very active beta testers who contribute to their articles on each release.
You could communicate with them directly by signing up for their newsletters and adding comments etc. This group has no influence on Apple at all, where at least, they have active beta testers. I never had most of the issues you identify as bugs.
