The update didn't appear to change anything hear. However, I've got things set up so that Siri now reads notifications on the lock screen, and I kind of prefer it to when VoiceOver (VO) read notifications. Combining that with my having much better success using gestures for accessing "home Screen, App Center, etc. means all is good here for now. 😀 FYI, a message received earlier today from Apple Accessibility, in regards to the case I filed, once again advised that they are aware that VO is not reading notifications on the lock screen, and they hope to remedy that in a future update.
