You can safely use Aira, the Aira agents are professionally employed and bonded and I would not hesitate to use them for that. Alternatively you can of course try an app like Seeing AI or Voice Dream first to see if it can recognize the number or you could of course stop by your bank or call a trusted family member or friend with Facetime if they have an iPhone or if they have an Android phone you can use a cross-platform app like WhatsApp.
